2022 Winger TRIATHLON CAMP
January 29th & 30th in Longmont Colorado for two days of full immersion of swim, bike, run!!
Camp will include:
BIKE - bike trainer session, with an optional run off the bike
SWIM - a TSTC kick ass swim session, which will include video feedback and stroke technique in our local pool!
RUN - a trail run in our gorgeous Colorado trails with an individual treadmill session & video analysis on run technique!

Cost: $799 for a two day FULL IMMERSION with Siri and Bek!
