The plan starts at 5 swim sessions and approx 17-18 km and build to 8 sessions and approx 30 km! It also includes the long bike and run on weekends and another key bike and key run workout each week too! So two bikes and two runs with 5-8 swims over the 4 weeks! This plan gives you all you need to be doing in all three disciplines with the main focus on the swim!
